Snap Markup is another cool tool that provides all the necessary annotation options. You can use circles, rectangles, arrows, lines, and triangles to markup an image. You can also crop and rotate an image using this app.
While the app lets you draw on images, it doesn’t provide a native option to add text. If you want to add text, you will have to draw the letters.
4. Screenshot Snap Free
Like the above-mentioned apps, Screenshot Snap Free also provides all the essential annotation tools. The only place where this app sucks is user interface (UI).
Although it works perfectly well, the UI seems kind of weird and scratchy.
5. Photo Ink – Mark, Sign, Draw
Photo Ink is a simple markup tool that lets you write on your images. You can change the type, size, and color of the pencil. It does not provide shapes like rectangles, circles, and triangles, etc. But, if you want, you can draw them manually.
Interestingly, this Android app lets you use the same markup on multiple images. If you have edited an image and you want multiple images to have the same annotation, this app lets you do it easily.
6. PicsArt Photo Studio: Collage Maker & Pic Editor
PicsArt is a full-blown photo editor that not only lets you add text to your images but also lets you draw on photos. You can also add various types of shapes like rectangle, circles, and multiple types of arrows. Other than the simple markup features, this app provides some powerful photo-editing tools.
The app basically does everything. It supports layers, lets you crop a photo according to a particular shape, clones images, creates GIF, adds shape mask among other things.
