1. Enable Mobile Data Access (iPhone)

Step 3: Tap on your primary SIM.

Step 4: Turn off the toggle next to ‘Low Data Mode’ option.

5. Give Unrestricted Data Usage (Android)

If you want to use Instagram without any issues during an active Data Saver mode, give it unrestricted data usage on your phone.

Step 1: Long-press on the Instagram app icon on your Android and tap on the ‘i’ icon to open the App info menu.

Step 2: Scroll to ‘Mobile data & Wi-Fi.’

Step 3: Enable the ‘Unrestricted data usage’ toggle.

6. Check the Carrier Plan

Most carriers put a limit on your monthly internet data, unless you have a specific unlimited data usage plan. So, if you have exceeded the monthly cellular data on your plan, none of the apps, including Instagram, will work on your iPhone or Android. Check the carrier’s app for available.

7. Lock Instagram in the Background (Android)

  1. Ya hice todo lo que se menciona arriba con mi iPhone y sigo teniendo problemas a la hora de cargar mi feed, tengo telcel y mis datos aun estan disponibles y no puedo ver actualizaciones, sabras una solucion?

      Llevo semanas que no me funciona instagram con el 4G, solo wifi.

      Pudiste solucionarlo ?
