Fix 1: Switch From Professional to Personal Account on Instagram

If you are using a Professional account on Instagram, you can switch it to a Personal account. For those using an Instagram Business account, there is a limit to access to music from recording artists due to potential copyright infringement.

Here’s how you can switch to a Personal account on Instagram.

Step 1: Open Instagram > Go to your profile > Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings menu, tap on Account.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom and then tap on Switch Account Type.

Step 4: Tap on Switch to Personal Account.

Step 5: Tap again on Switch to Personal Account to confirm.

You can always switch back to your Professional account by following the same steps mentioned above.

Fix 2: Logout and Login Again on Instagram

At times, your account sessions on your iPhone may not let you use the app properly. So you can completely log out from Instagram and then login after a few minutes. Of course, this will not remove any of your Instagram data and you can do that by following these steps.

Step 1: Open the Instagram app on iPhone > Profile > Log out.

Step 2: Log in again and then check if the problem is solved.
