Use InTouch App to Add New Contacts Using WhatsApp Web
InTouchApp is a contacts manager app that lets you add contacts directly via WhatsApp Web. You don’t have to refer to your phone every time to add a contact and then sync it with WhatsApp Web.
Step 1: Install the InTouch App on your iPhone or Android phone and on your desktop as a Chrome extension.
Step 2: Once installed, open the app on your phone and then allow access to your contacts.
Step 3: Tap the Plus icon > Scan QR Code.
Step 4: On your desktop, click the InTouch Chrome extension to show the QR code.
Step 5: Scan the QR code shown on your desktop using the app.
Step 6: Open WhatsApp Web in a new tab or refresh the existing tab.
You will now see a couple of new options in the WhatsApp Web window.
Step 7: Click the Plus icon at the top-left corner and then click on Add new contact.
Enter the contact details and then it will be visible directly on WhatsApp Web.
You can also choose to secure your WhatsApp Web with a password to avoid unwanted access.
