How to Make a Table Using Elements in Canva

Canva makes it easy to create a table with different cell sizes and customize it to suit your needs. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Open Canva in your web browser, click the Create a design button, and pick from the suggested options. Alternatively, you can also upload an image by selecting the Import file option.

Step 2: Switch to the Elements tab on your left, search for tables, and select one of the available options.

Step 3: Use the plus buttons to add rows or columns and use the trash icon to remove them.

Step 4: Once your table is ready, select any cell and start writing your text. You can format the text using the toolbar at the top.

Step 5: Click the Share button in the top right corner and select Download.

Step 6: Use the drop-down menu to specify your preferred file type and click Download.

How to Make a Table Using Templates in Canva

If creating a table manually seems like too much work, you can use one of the available templates in Canva. Here’s how:

How to Customize a Table in Canva

Change Background

Canva offers an extensive library of fun elements to enhance your table’s presentation. To add an object, click on the Elements tab on the left, explore the library, and select the element you want to add.

Alternatively, you can add your logo or watermark by inserting it as an image. To do that, simply drag and drop the picture from your computer into your Canva design.
