Method 1: Control Fire TV Stick Using the Phone App

Step 1: Unplug your Fire TV Stick and wait for a minute.
Step 2: Then, on your old remote, simultaneously press and hold the Left button, Menu button, and Back button for 12 seconds.

Step 3: Release the buttons and wait for another 5 seconds. Remove the remote batteries.
