Method 1: Using Snipping Tool
Windows comes with the Snipping Tool built into it. With this tool, you may take screenshots and save them as PDFs, as shown below.
Step 1: Click the magnifying lens on the start menu, type snip, and click Snipping Tool to launch the app.

Step 2: Click New, then take your screenshot.

Step 3: Click the More icon, then click Print.

Step 4: Under the Printer options, choose the Microsoft Print to PDF option, then click the Print button.

Step 5: Name your file and hit Save, and it should save automatically as a PDF.
Method 2: Saving Screenshot PDF Using the Photos App
While the Photos app is not meant for screenshooting, it is a native Windows app for opening images, including screenshots. You may use it to save them as PDFs.
Step 1: Right-click on the screenshot, click Open with from the context menu, and click Photos.

Step 2: Press Ctrl + P to open the print interface.
Step 3: Under the Printer options, choose the Microsoft Print to PDF option, then click the Print button.

Method 3: Using the Paint App
Like Photos, the Paint app is another alternative for saving screenshots as PDFs. It is also a native Windows application. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Right-click on the screenshot, click Open with from the context menu, and click Paint.

Step 2: Press Ctrl + P to open the print interface.
Step 3: Under the Printer options, choose the Microsoft Print to PDF option, then click the Print button.
