1. Run Troubleshooter

Microsoft offers a troubleshooter for just about every utility on Windows including apps. So, if you’re having issues with the Mail app on Windows 11, then you can turn to the app troubleshooter for help.

Step 1: Press Windows key + S to open Windows Search, type in troubleshoot settings, and press Enter.

2. Check Sync Settings

Step 1: Right-click on the Start menu icon Windows Terminal (admin) option from the resulting menu.

5. Repair and Reset Mail App
