- When you delete your Bumble profile, you can’t restore it. You’ll have to make a new one to join the platform again. However, if you are uninterested in dating, we suggest you disable Date Mode. This will allow you to use your Bizz or BFF profiles.
- Your Bumble account data will be deleted once you delete the profile. Hence, if you wish to store that data, you can download them first (steps in the next section).
- Deleting your account won’t cancel your subscription. So, you may be charged for it even after you delete the profile. Hence, ensure to cancel your subscription before you pause or delete your Bumble account.
- Additionally, deleting the Bumble app won’t delete your account and vice-versa. So, choose what you want wisely.
- You can restore your Bumble account within 28 days of such deletion, whereas, you can activate it anytime you want if you have just paused it.
How to Request Bumble Account Data
Here’s how to download your Bumble account data. If you don’t wish to back up the data, skip to the next section.
Step 1: Visit the Bumble Support page to request account data.
Step 2: Choose the ‘Ask a question about my data’ reason.

Step 3: Add the email address and choose ‘I would like to request my data’ from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Choose how you want to verify your account and then verify your account.

Step 5: You can mention the reason for the data request in the Subject and the Description, add any additional attachments to prove that you are the account owner, and hit Submit.

Once you submit the request, it will take around 30 days for Bumble to share your account data.

How to Delete Your Bumble Account
If you have made up your mind to delete your Bumble account, here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Open Bumble and tap the profile icon at the bottom left corner.
Step 2: Tap the settings (gear icon) at the top right corner.


Step 3: Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Step 4: Type delete in lowercase and tap confirm.


Pause (Snooze) Your Bumble Account
You can also choose to Snooze your profile. This will keep your Bumble account deactivated instead of deleting it entirely. If you are interested, here are the steps:
Step 1: Open Bumble and yap your profile at the bottom left corner. Choose Settings.


Step 2: Choose Snooze and select the time range.

Step 1: Open the Bumble app and head over to your profile.
Step 2: Choose the gear icon at the top right corner.

Step 1: Open the Bumble and tap your profile at the bottom left corner.
