1. Check if Siri Is Enabled

Step 1: Open Settings on your Apple TV or Apple TV 4K.

Step 2: Select General from the list of options.

2. Check Your Apple ID

If Siri is still not working on your Apple TV, you’ll need to check whether you are using the correct Apple ID on your Apple TV model. If you have multiple Apple TVs, then the one you’re trying to use may be running a different Apple account with a distinct voice for activating Siri. Here’s how to check the same.

Step 1: Open Settings on your Apple TV or Apple TV 4K.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Users and Accounts.

Step 3: Select the account name that is currently being used on the Apple TV mode.

Step 4: Check whether the correct Apple ID has been used to sign in.

If not, select the Apple ID listed and then select Sign Out. Once done, sign in using your Apple ID.

3. Check Remote Battery Status
