While Apple TV Plus earns praise for its high-quality shows and movies, the user experience on Windows and Android is underwhelming, to say the least. Unlike Apple Music, there is no dedicated app, and we often run into issues on the website. One such problem we regularly encounter on Apple TV Plus is the “an error occurred” message on our web browser in Windows.
If you face the problem too, you are in the right place. In this article, we want to show you ten ways to troubleshoot the issue on a web browser in Windows. But first, let us understand what this issue means and why it occurs in the first place.
Why Does Apple TV Plus Say, “An Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later”
The issue is mainly caused due to errors in the servers and the platform of Apple TV Plus. However, it can also be caused due to poor network connectivity and an outdated or buggy web browser.
