How to Check Your Entire Uber Ride History with Just a Click

Uber is one of the most popular cab hailing services worldwide, with over 91 million monthly active customers spread across 63 countries. If you’re one of Uber’s many regular customers, I’m sure you’d be interested in knowing more about your rides so far.

While there’s a way to check your ride history from within the Uber app itself, it only lets you see all your rides individually with no option to get an overview of all the rides that you’ve taken so far.

But there’s a simple solution, and that’s exactly what I’m going to talk about in this article. However, before we get there, let’s first take a look at how you can check your Uber ride history using just the app.

Check Your Uber Ride History in the App

To check your ride history from within the app itself, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open up the Uber app and click on the menu icon in the top left corner.

Step 2: Tap on the Your Trips option.

That will open up a list of all your past and upcoming rides with Uber, with the latest trip listed on the top. You can scroll down to see all your older trips but if you’re a frequent rider, scrolling through older rides is going to be a pain.

Tapping on each trip reveals all of the trip related details, including the fare, pickup and drop destinations, etc.

But, using this method is only useful if you want to check details for a single trip. If you want to see an overview of all your trips, then you’ll have to switch to your computer and open up Chrome.

Check Your Uber Ride History Using Chrome

To check your ride history using Chrome, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Head over to the Uber website and log in with your Uber account.

Step 2: Download the RideShare Trip Stats extension from the link below.

Step 3: Once installed, tap on the extension icon next to the address bar and click on OK in the prompt.

Step 4: The extension will then redirect you to the Trips page which is pretty much the same as the Trips page on the app.

Step 5: Click on the extension icon again, and it will start processing all your data to create a detailed report.

Step 6: You can choose to get a detailed report with individual trip data by clicking on Yes in the following pop-up, but it will take much longer to process and might even trigger email receipts which will bombard your email ID with all your Uber receipts.

Step 7: Click on No instead, and the extension will instantly show all your ride statistics, including the number of rides, total amount spent, total time spent in an Uber, etc.

The data displayed by the extension is organized quite well, and it even shows information like the type of Uber rides you took, your favorite pickup and dropoff locations, the longest time you spent in an Uber, and also the names of the drivers you traveled with more than once.

I didn’t want the headache of receiving over a thousand email receipts in my inbox, so I didn’t check the option that displays individual receipts. However, if you don’t have as many trips, you can give it a shot and share your findings in the comments section below.
