I have been a fan of the Xiaomi Mi bands since the debut of the first generation Mi Band. Recently, I moved to the Mi Band 3, and wear it all times to keep track of activities (or let’s say, ‘inactivities’). And when you wear a device this long, your heart longs for a change in terms of looks.

Thankfully, the Mi Band 3’s case is easily detachable which means that I can switch the band or strap whenever I want.
So, if you are someone like me who loves to add a dash of color to the otherwise boring black dial, you’ve come to the right place. Below are some of the best straps and bands that you can buy for the Xiaomi Mi Band 3.
1. iloft Transparent Explorer Edition Strap

The iloft transparent strap is one of the rare transparent bands out there. But before we get any further let me tell you that it’s not entirely transparent. Instead, it’s moderately opaque. Nevertheless, it looks uber cool and fashionable. What’s more, the material is soft, and you can wear it for a long time without any discomfort.
The user reviews have been good so far, as you can see on the screenshots below.

The iLoft Transparent Explorer Edition Strap is a bit pricey at Rs 300. The good news is it’s available in many colors including orange and green.
Alternately, you can also check out the grey and orange combination of silicone straps from the same maker.
Note
: This strap is available only in India.
2. Techonto Army Blue Replacement Strap
The Techonto replacement strap costs Rs 185. This product has a rating of 4.3 stars with over 75% positive reviews.

It’s available in color variations of green and grey. Moreover, if you’re looking for straps in a single color, Techonto has you covered.
Alternately you can also check out the MStick silicone camouflage army style bands.
Note
: This strap is available only in India.
3. ProElite Milanese Strap Buckle

The modular design of the Mi Band 3 means that you can also pair it with metal straps. Yep, just like watches. Unlike the straps above, the ProElite strap comes with an adjustable metal clasp to setting a suitable length. Though the makers claim that the material is stainless steel, I wouldn’t let it come in contact with water.
At Rs 799, the ProElite metal strap is on the expensive side. But should you choose to buy it, you can rest assured that it adds a chic look to your wrist.

Plus, the quality and the (capsule) fitting of the product is spot on, with many users echoing the same in the review section of Amazon India.
It’s available in three colors – Black, Silver Rose Gold.
The ProElite metal strap is available in India. However, if you aren’t browsing from this region, you can check out the Guyo Mi Band 3 replacement strap.

This one is designed to give your fitness band a more traditional look. It has an adjustable strap which you can tweak as per your wrist’s size. It fits well and gives a snug fit.

And as far as tracking biometrics is concerned, they all work well as long as it is not too loose. This one retails at $14.80.
4. Humble Band Strap for Xiaomi Mi Band 3
The straps have more than 70% positive rating with a huge chunk of users praising its color and quality (for the price).

The Humble straps for the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 is available only in India and retails at Rs 165.
5. Invella Band 3
Furthermore, the ring holding the capsule is painted in the same shade as the dots, giving the band an unusual look.
Priced at Rs 499 on Flipkart, this one has a rating of 4.2 stars out of 38 user reviews.
You also might want to check the Becoler Durable replacement strap on Amazon. This one has the same design as the one above and retails at about $3. Plus, it is also available in Green, Red, and White.
6. Funkid Band for Xiaomi 3
The wonderful thing about these straps is they haven’t seen a single negative review yet. Out of the 20 odd reviews so far, a whopping 75% are positive and have praised the quality and the color quality of the products.

If you are someone who loves to sport a different color every day, this is the one you should definitely buy. The Funkid straps retail at $9.99 on Amazon.
7. Ximaha Watch Straps
The reviews have been great so far. The only thing you might want to consider is the material which isn’t as soft as the original strap.

The Ximaha Watch Strap for the Mi Band 3 retails at $15.99.
Change is Good
Sporting the same old look takes out the zing of any product, be it a phone or a humble fitness tracker. At the same time, changing the straps frequently also helps from the hygienic perspective.
After all, you wouldn’t wear a band that has dirt and grime sticking in its inner cavities, would you?
