The latest iPhones are now available to purchase and this time, Apple has replaced the mini model with an all-new iPhone 14 Plus. It’s meant for consumers who love big screens, but it’s also accompanied by a big price tag. So, it’s best to protect your investment with a good case. If you wish to show off your new iPhone, a clear case is what we would recommend.
The iPhone 14 Plus is available in several new color options and it would be a shame to hide it behind a boring case. So, we’ve picked the best clear cases for the iPhone 14 Plus that will protect your device while showing off that beautiful back, and (let’s not forget) cool front with its new wallpaper. So, pick the one that you like!

With that out of the way, let’s quickly get to the cases.
1. ESR Thin Clear Case
You can find clear cases of different kinds. Ones with hardbacks, tinted sides, or just plain and simple ones like this ESR case. It’s your run-of-the-mill clear case for iPhone 14 Plus that is flexible and wraps around snugly. It’s slim so you won’t feel any added thickness when operating the phone. It’s glossy though, so expect it to be slightly slippery.
If you’re someone who drops your phone often, we wouldn’t recommend getting this case. The ESR slim clear case can protect against scratches and scuffs but we’re not sure how it holds up in terms of drops. Also, since it’s made completely out of TPU, it is bound to turn yellow with time. Nevertheless, it’s a cheap case that you can get to show off your brand-new iPhone.
2. Spigen Ultra Hybrid
Spigen’s Ultra Hybrid series of cases are available in a few different variants. You get one with a glossy back, a matte back, and one with support for MagSafe. You also get a few color options for the sides. Depending on your needs, you can pick the relevant variant. No matter which one you pick, the quality of the case remains the same.
If you want to avoid a lot so fingerprints and smudges, we suggest opting for a matte, or as Spigen calls it, frost model. However, the one with MagSafe is also an appealing option for those who wish to use MagSafe accessories with their iPhone 14 Plus. Since the back is polycarbonate, you won’t have to be worried about any yellowing issues.
3. Poetic Guardian Case
If your friends call you butterfingers, you know this case is for you! A slim clear case may not be sufficient to protect your iPhone’s back or screen from cracking. This case from Poetic covers your iPhone 14 Plus from all possible angles to ensure maximum protection in case of a fall. All while having a clear back to see the phone’s actual color.
Another advantage of this case is that you don’t need an additional screen protector since the case has one attached to the frame on the front. While there’s no question about the protection this case offers, you also have to factor in the bulk it adds to your phone. If you don’t mind adding a generous amount of thickness and weight to your phone, you shouldn’t have any problems.
4. ESR Classic Kickstand Case
This iPhone 14 Plus clear case from ESR is for those who prefer functionality over form. It may not be the most pleasing clear case to look at, but it has some nice elements that may suit your requirements. Unlike the slim case from ESR we mentioned earlier, this case has a polycarbonate back with TPU only on the sides. Along with this, you get the added convenience of MagSafe on the back for accessories.
While this is pretty common to a lot of iPhone cases, the point that stood out the most to us is the kickstand. Unlike most cases that have a kickstand sticking out on the back, ESR has neatly tucked it onto the camera frame. When not in use, you probably wouldn’t realize that there’s a folded kickstand around the camera.
The kickstand here serves two purposes — one, obviously its main intended function which is a kickstand. Two, it protects the camera module from getting scratched when you rest the phone on a table. The only downside we could think of is that since the sides are made of TPU, they will turn yellow with time.
5. Totallee Ultra-Slim Case
There are slim and minimalistic cases. Then, there’s the Totallee case. It’s easily one of the slimmest cases for iPhone 14 Plus out there. So, if you don’t mind sacrificing protection for the shaved-off thickness, you should consider getting this case. It will protect your iPhone 14 Plus against scratches but don’t expect it to bear any shock if you drop the phone.
The case is made of TPU, so there’s a chance it might turn yellow, but we’re not sure at this point, since the iPhone 14 Plus is still pretty new. However, it’s quite expensive for a clear case but it comes with a money-back guarantee. If you specifically want a case that feels like skin and you’re willing to spend the extra premium, go for it.
6. Apple Clear Case with MagSafe
A lot of users might want to purchase first-party accessories only for the best compatibility. If you’re one of those, the Apple clear case is the way to go. It’s quite thick, so it should provide a decent amount of protection for your iPhone 14 Plus. It’s also got the signature MagSafe ring on the back to attach accessories.
Apart from the higher price, another downside of this case is that it’s not structurally strong and can break easily upon impact. If you drop your phone frequently, or even if you take your phone case off and put it on repeatedly, the corners may snap.
Keep Your iPhone Protected
The iPhone 14 Plus is a large device which means it’s not going to be easy to grip. However, it’s also got some nice colors on the back which you wouldn’t want to hide. So, it’s best to get a clear case for the iPhone 14 Plus.
