6 Free Games for PlaySta­tion Plus Mem­bers this October


October is around the corner and so is the new lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus members. The company also recently rolled out the PS4 5.0 software update in beta earlier this year, which is slated to be released in the public build soon.

Ps Plus October Free Games

The games this time around includes an action-adventure and another horror game for PS4 owners that will be made available in the first week of October after the September free games will be discontinued from the collection.

Each PlayStation platform — the PS Vita, PS4, and PS3 — get two titles each, with PS4 getting an additional third and fourth one which is otherwise also available for PS Vita, courtesy of crossplay.

  • Monster Jam Battlegrounds (PS3)
  • Hustle Kings (PS3)
  • Hue (PS Vita, cross buy with PS4)
  • Sky Force Anniversary (PS Vita, cross buy with PS4 and PS3)

What’s More?

Sony has also thrown in a gentle reminder that ‘That’s You’, which was made available from July 4 in celebration of PlayLink’s Launch, will go off the charts on October 24.

Thats You Ps Plus

The game can be played among up to five family or friends using a smartphone or tablet via the free companion app and included tons of questions, texting games and drawing challenges to learn what others in the group think about you.

Sony is also offering tons of discounts on games at its PS Store in celebrations of PlayStation VR’s one-year anniversary starting October 10.

RIGS Mechanized Combat League is also being offered to download and play to all PS Plus members for free until November 7.

There is more good news for PS Plus members as the company is also giving them access to the Hand of Gods closed beta, starting October 7.

They will receive the Hands of Gods Plus Pack, which contains a Galactic Invader Leader Skin for Ah Puch, a card back and player icon, and five core packs to get the divine deck started. This pack will be available to all PS Plus members until November 14.
