Apple’s keynote event earlier this month on September 12 saw the Cupertino giant update their iPhone lineup, Apple Watch, and several other devices and now the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are already being sold in these four places.
Apple has started selling the devices in England, Singapore, Taiwan, and Australia. Sales of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus will begin in India on September 29.

The year 2017 has been marked with the launch of Apple’s two new smartphones – the iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus.
The iPhone 8 offers a 4.7-inch LCD display while the iPhone 8 Plus offers a 5.5-inch one. The LCD offers true tone colors, along with cinema wide color gamut. As expected, Apple’s 3D touch will be a part of both the devices.

The A11 Bionic chip is a six-core processor that combines 4 high-efficiency cores, along with 2 high-performance cores. But that’s not all. This chip also features the first-ever GPU designed completely by Apple, featuring dedicated support for AI and Machine learning.
The GPU is 31% faster compared to the GPU on the A10 chip. It also consumes half the power in comparison with the predecessor.
Water and Dust Resistance
The iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus are Apple’s first smartphones to incorporate laser welding to achieve the most efficient water and dust resistance.
Combined with the new Apple designed ISP, the cameras offer better image quality and digitally reduced noise levels.
