Stock Android Experience?

Similar to the K8 Note the new K8 Plus will also feature an unaltered or stock Android experience.

Although hardware specifications have not been revealed by the company, the K8 Plus was spotted on the Geekbench website featuring the MediaTek Helio P25, octa-core processor running at 1.7GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM.

The device at the time of testing featured a dated version of Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system, which is likely to be upgraded to Android Oreo 8.0 at the time of launch.

Lenovo K8 Plus India Price

While Lenovo has been spot on with K8 Note’s pricing, the key differences between the k8 Note and the K8 Plus are anyone’s guess.

We are expecting the device to feature a larger 6-inch full HD display and a slightly larger 4500 mAh battery while the key specs remain similar.

The K8 Plus is expected to retail in the Indian market carrying a price tag close to Rs 16,000, which is Rs 2,000 more expensive than the K8 Note.

There are a lot of speculations around the new device and all will be cleared in a few hours from now. But looking at the K8 Note and the upcoming device, Lenovo seems to be on the right track. Their devices feature the right price and hardware combination which has managed to strike a chord with the audience in India so far.
