Nokia 6 Goes on Sale at Rs 14,999: How to Ensure You Get One and Offers


Nokia 6, which was launched in India in June 2017, and has already received north of a million pre-registrations since they opened up on July 14, is going on sale again today.

The Android-based Nokia 6 was first unveiled by HMD Global — who currently own the license to brand and distribute Nokia phones — at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona earlier this year.

Soon after it was revealed, the Nokia 6 was launched in the Chinese market where it received an overwhelming response, selling 250k units within the first 24 hours.

The Nokia 6 is retailing at a price of Rs 14,999 exclusively on Amazon India at 12pm (IST).

Before its sad demise, Nokia was a household name in India and was considered by far the best mobile phone company by the citizenry — owing to its sturdy built and amazing battery life.

If you’ve been unable to buy the Nokia 6 after registering on Amazon, don’t be disheartened. Rather, join the waitlist for the device.

If active customers don’t check out with the Nokia 6 in their cart within 15 minutes, the ones on the waitlist are eligible to go ahead and buy the device.

In addition, Vodafone consumers will get 10GB data per month at Rs. 249 per month for 5 months on their Nokia 6. Consumers will also get Rs. 2500 off (Rs. 1800 on hotels and Rs.700 off on domestic flights) on

he Nokia 6 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display, powered by Snapdragon 430 SoC, features 4GB RAM, 64GB built-in storage, sports a 16MP rear and 8MP front camera, backed by 3000mAh battery and runs on Android Nougat.

The unibody Nokia 6 is made of a single block of aluminum 6000 series and hence will be as sturdy a device that the brand name is known to produce.

It will come for a price of Rs.14,999 and will be available exclusively via Amazon in four colors — Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue, and Copper.

Nokia has also received praise from media outlets for being quick in releasing security updates for their newly launched Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 smartphones.
