Earlier this year it was confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be unveiled on August 23, 2017, at an event in New York City and while the official release is scheduled for 8:30 pm (IST) here is everything we know about the device so far including rumoured specs and features.
Soon after the release of Samsung’s flagship device — the Galaxy S8 and S8+ —rumours about the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 flagship phablet began to do rounds.
According to the leaked images, the Galaxy Note 8’s front panel bears a striking resemblance to the Galaxy S8 and S8+ with the slim bezel less end-to-end display.
On the rear though, the Galaxy Note 8 sports dual-lens camera on the rear panel and fingerprint reader besides the camera too.

The noticeable dissimilarities are the squared edges and the slight replacement of the fingerprint sensor which is now located a bit away from the camera lens. Maybe now you’ll smudge the lens a bit less than the flash.
Another set of rumours indicate that the Note 8 might come with wireless earbuds similar to Apple’s AirPod. The South Korean giant might launch a pair of wireless earplugs with the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 device that will be powered by its artificial intelligence assistant ‘Bixby’.
The earphones will also feature noise cancelling technology and will also work with the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.
