Dual Cam­era Gionee A1 Plus Launched in India at Rs 26,999: 7 Key Features


Gionee A1 Plus, an upgraded variant of the company’s flagship device, has been launched in India at a price of Rs 26,999 and will be available in offline retail stores across the country starting July 26th.

The Gionee A1 Plus is equipped with the latest trending technology as well as big battery unit coupled with fast charge to ensure the device never runs out of juice.

Gionee’s latest flagship is heavily oriented towards photo quality and battery back up.

Keeping up with the rising trend the A1 Plus exhibits excellent camera quality with flawless dual rear camera and exquisite design,” said Alok Shrivastava, Director – Business Intelligence and Planning, Gionee India.

  • Display: The Gionee A1 Plus comes with a 6-inch Full HD 2.5D curved display, protected by Gorilla Glass 3
  • Processor: The device is powered by the 16nm octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 chipset which clocks at 2.6GHz. The processor enables greater performance while consuming less power
  • Memory and Storage: The Gionee A1 Plus will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable by 256GB using a microSD card
  • Camera: The phone is equipped with a 13MP and 5MP dual-lens camera on the rear and a 20MP selfie shooter on the front
  • Battery: The Gionee A1 Plus is backed by a gigantic 4550 mAh battery which is supported by fast charging. The company claims that the fast charging delivers up to 2 hours of talk time within 5 minutes keeping the device plugged in
  • OS: It will run on Android Nougat 7.0
  • Connectivity: Dual-sim support (hybrid slot), WiFi (2.4/5), Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB, GPS

The device comes in two colours — Mocha Gold and Black — and the fingerprint sensor is located on the rear panel.
