LG has just released two new teaser videos of its upcoming Q6, which earlier rumoured to comes as G6 Mini. The affordable version of the LG G6 is going to feature a similar Full Vision display along with trimmed down internals. The South Korean technology giant has already sent out invites for the LG Q6 launch event which will be held in Poland.
Talking about the specifications, the Q6 is expected to feature a smaller 5.4-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920) display. The shape of the screen will remain same as the LG G6 including the 18:9 aspect ratio and tiniest bezels.
Thanks to Geekbench, we already know that the upcoming smartphone will pack the Snapdragon 430 (MSM8937) SoC. The midrange chipset sports eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked at up to 1.4 GHz along with an Adreno 505 GPU. This would be paired with 3 GB of RAM and around 32 GB of inbuilt memory.
The LG Q6 will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box.
Coming to the optics, we only know that the mini version of G6 shall sport a 13 MP rear camera. The dual camera setup of the original G6 will not be there. The fingerprint scanner would be present though.
