April is around the corner and so is the new lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus members. Sony has announced that the Instant Game Collection will be added with a few more games.
The games this time around include a fierce shooting game and a co-op multiplayer for PS4 owners and will be made available on April 4 after the March free games will be discontinued from the collection.
Each PlayStation platform — the PS Vita, PS4, and PS3 — get two titles each, with PS4 getting an additional third and fourth one which is otherwise also available for PS Vita, courtesy to cross play.
Games for the month of April were announced a little early than Sony’s usual time schedule and it seems they’re pretty excited about their top PS4 release.
“Whether you’re looking for couch co-op comradery or fierce online action, we’ve got some great picks for you this month. We couldn’t contain our excitement for Drawn to Death, so we let the news out early that this will be a launch title for PS Plus in April,” the company stated.
Drawn to Death (PS4)
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime (PS4)
Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom (PS3)
Alien Rage – Extended Edition (PS3)
10 Second Ninja (PS Vita, cross buy with PS4)
Curses ‘n Chaos (PS Vita, cross buy with PS4)
Like any other month, several PS Plus gamers are discontented with the selection of games being added to the Instant gaming collection but the games will be made available for free and if not much, they can be enjoyed a bit.
Drawn to Death is a shooting game by acclaimed developer David Jaffe known for games like Twisted Metal and God of War. The game is set ‘inside the pages of a high school kid’s notebook where hand-drawn characters and levels come to life’.
The second free game for PlayStation 4 console is Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime which can be played among a maximum of four players at a time as you pilot your battleship through a colourful galaxy, fight evil, rescue space bunnies and avoid getting sucked into the vacuum.
