When and Why Can Evernote Violate Your Privacy?

To protect you against potential spam, malware and other security issues.
To protect the rights, property or personal safety of Evernote
While complying with legal obligations such as warrants and court orders.
The company also points out that while they’ll be going through your content, they’re ‘vigilantly protecting the privacy of your account content’ and will let you know if they’ve to ‘comply with a third party’s request for information about your account’.
While you can opt out of machine learning technologies implemented by Evernote, the company has strictly stated that there is no way for you to escape the human intervention.
You cannot opt out of employees looking at your content – Evernote.
You can always encrypt your content if you wish to, in order to avoid employees of Evernote from going through them, but why go through so much of trouble to safeguard your information? Rather opt for some other Note service.
