Amazon Prime Video has been launched in India and it sure is going to give Netflix a run for its money as well as subscriber base with an introductory offer price of Rs.499 for an annual subscription.


Netflix has been live in India for a while now but failed to garner a great response from the audience due to its pricing of Rs. 500 per month (for the basic service). Amazon Prime Video is sure to surpass the number of subscribers as it not only offers its services for as low as Rs. 42 per month (Rs. 499 per year).
