[Quick Tip] Google Search Adds a Full Featured Calculator

Sandeep Agarwal

The Google Calculator feature, right on Google search bar, has been there for quite some time now. Indeed it is one of the most easily accessible calculators to most people these days. On a personal end, I have been using it to perform simple calculations like addition/subtraction and the more complex ones like those supported on a scientific calculator.

Bonus Tip: Learn more about Google Search Features page and bookmark it for quick reference.

All the complex operators of mathematics can be used through the Google search bar. And the results are quick and accurate. However, many people are not aware of the set of available operators and have missed using the feature to its fullest extent.

Not anymore; Google now shows up a visual calculator with clickable buttons. Just type Calculator on the search bar and result will yield this fully functional scientific calculator. It also allows you to switch between Rad and Deg modes.

I feel that it is going to increase the use of Google calculator. What do you say?
