How To Make A Simple Online Note With Piconote And Carry Anywhere

Digital notes serve as the perfect replacement for traditional paper notes and stickies. It helps you declutter your workspace by reducing paper usage.

While Windows notepad is the easiest way to create and save a note, there are better apps available online. One big advantage of using an online note-taking tool is that you can access it on any computer having internet connection.

Piconote is a nice app for taking notes quickly. You can create your notes and sync them with Piconote server and use them anywhere you want. Piconote comes in three forms: Web app, Window app and mobile phone web app.

How to Create Your First Note on Piconote

Open Piconote. Click on Signup link.

On signup page, enter your desired username and password. You don’t need to give your email id or any other information.

Click on “Create your first note” link given in red color.

Now add your note. Enter the title of note and enter any desired information.

How to Write Notes From Twitter

You can also write notes from your Twitter account. You need to follow few simple steps.

1. Follow piconote account in twitter.

2. Add your twitter login in settings. Your Twitter account will be synced with Piconote servers. Now you can send notes from Twitter account.

3. Send direct message to piconote. For example: D piconote my first note.

Note: This feature is not available now because this service got broken due to some reasons. In future Piconote will start this service again.

How To Use Piconote Desktop App

On Piconote’s official website  go to application and download the desktop application. Install it and open it. If you already have an account on Piconote then choose the second option “I already have the Piconote account”. Click “Next” button.

Now give your username and password in the given box.

This program will sync with Piconote server and download all your available notes if any. You can also create notes while you are offline and sync with Piconote server by clicking on top left green icons (two arrows).

Piconote is very useful for those who love to make notes on Notepad and Wordpad. You can access your notes from anywhere. You can also open your notes from your mobile phone by visiting m.piconote.com. You can make your note public or private according to your choice. You can access notes while you  are offline
